Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a highly analytical Senior Data Scientist to drive experimentation and decision science initiatives that inform key business decisions. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to design, execute, and evaluate experiments, apply advanced statistical and causal inference methods, and deliver actionable insights that improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with substantial experience in experimentation and analytics.
• 2–4 years of experience with experimentation; 4–6 years total in data science/analytics is required.
• Strong expertise in statistical analyses and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end experimentation projects from framing to communicating results.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments including A/B tests and quasi-experiments.
• Advise partners on sample size, power, and measurement plans.
