Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to own the website and customer portal experiences for country-wide remote operations. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, UX, Analytics, and Technology teams to drive content strategy, SEO/AEO, analytics, and customer insights to improve digital adoption and reduce friction.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing enterprise websites, ecommerce platforms, customer portals, or digital experiences.
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or comparable digital ecommerce platforms.
Strong familiarity with web analytics tools and performance measurement frameworks (GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics).
Proven ability to drive SEO strategies and leverage customer insights to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Manage website content, navigation, information architecture and site structure for a customer-centric experience.
Identify and implement improvements to content, communications, banners, landing pages and self-service experiences.
Enhance customer journeys to allow order management, reordering, tracking and self-service actions.
Optimize site for patients, caregivers, clinicians and payors.
Collaborate with Marketing to support lead generation, acquisition and engagement across the lifecycle.
Partner with Operations and Customer Service to address pain points and improve satisfaction.
Ensure campaigns and campaigns meet needs and provide a leading customer experience.
Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies to improve visibility and engagement.
Manage analytics, tagging, consent and compliance technologies (GA4, GTM, Osano, Freshpaint).
Analyze performance, funnels, search and self-service adoption to deliver actionable insights.
Work with legal and privacy to ensure HIPAA/ADA compliance.
