Job summary

ProsperOps, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Digital & Demand Gen to own our largest growth surface: our website, search presence, and campaigns that put our product in front of buyers. This is a builder's role with real autonomy and real scope, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

You will steer ProsperOps.com, SEO and AEO/AIO, and paid and organic distribution while collaborating with AI agents to boost strategy, experimentation, and growth. This is a fully remote, high-growth role in the US market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in demand generation, growth, digital, or performance marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, or at an agency serving them.
• Hands-on ownership of a B2B website
• SEO results you can substantiate: inherited vs changed vs results
• Paid media experience across search and social with budget accountability
• Fluent in HubSpot; working command of GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or similar, and Google Tag Manager
• Able to analyze performance data and adapt based on findings
• Cloud infrastructure or FinOps knowledge, or the curiosity to learn quickly
• Using AI in daily workflow with a clear stance on its usefulness

Responsibilities

• Own prosperops.com: roadmap, architecture, conversions, health, publishing.
• Drive SEO and AEO/AIO to improve non-brand rankings and AI-ready content.
• Distribute content across paid and organic channels; optimize mix and metrics.
• Build partner-ready campaign templates: emails, landing pages, ads, nurture.
• Manage tracking tech stack: GTM, GA4, attribution in HubSpot from first click to win.
• Maintain accurate third-party profiles and defend brand search presence.
• Tell ProsperOps story alongside Flexera across product areas and FinOps topics.
• Lead AI agents for site audits and fixes with strategic judgment, not manual work.
