Responsibilities

• Lead food purchase, production, and timely service of meals.

• Check trays for accuracy and appearance before delivery.
• Observe resident food intake and report to Dietary Consultant/Director of Nursing.
• Visit residents for initial nutrition screening and discuss diet preferences.
