Qualifications

• Two to three years of supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care dietary departments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage food preparation and production to meet quality standards and menus.
• Oversee ordering, storage, and safety procedures for dietary services.
• Participate in staff meetings and help update departmental procedures.
