Qualifications

• A Registered Diet Technician (DTR) also qualifies as Dietary Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead food purchase, production, and timely service of meals.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen environment and meet food safety standards.
• Maintain standardized recipes; adjust for facility size.
• Check trays for accuracy and appearance before delivery.
• Observe resident food intake and communicate data to dietary staff and director.
