Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating department policies and manuals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service.
• Prepare meals following prescribed diets and nutrition guidelines.
• Complete administrative forms and reports for the Dietitian/Director of Food Services.
• Maintain compliance with established policies and quality standards.
