Job summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced 2nd shift Diesel Mechanic to join our Northeast, MD Fleet Maintenance team. You will maintain, diagnose, and repair our Class 8 fleet to ensure performance and reliability.

We offer a $2.00 shift differential, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Join a well-equipped shop with up-to-date equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience repairing/maintaining Class 8 trucks.
• A complete set of hand tools for heavy truck repair.
• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine preventative maintenance and general repairs on Class 8 trucks.
• Troubleshooting and repairing brakes, air systems, electrical components and suspension.
• Diagnosing and performing necessary repairs to the engine, electrical, and exhaust after-treatment systems.
• Inspecting and replacing general components as required.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, skilled 2nd shift Diesel Mechanic to join our Fleet Maintenance team at our Northeast, MD shop. This role requires technical skill with heavy duty trucks and is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing the company’s fleet.

Diesel Mechanic qualifications:
