Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking an experienced 2nd shift Diesel Mechanic to join our Fleet Maintenance team at our Northeast, MD shop. This role focuses on maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing the company's Class 8 fleet.

The position offers hourly pay between $30 and $45 based on experience, with weekly pay and overtime after 40 hours. A complete tool set and strong diagnostic skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience repairing/maintaining Class 8 trucks.
• Own a complete set of hand tools for heavy truck repair.
• Vocational/Technical training in diesel/heavy-duty vehicles; HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow your abilities.
• Ability to work independently with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and general repairs on Class 8 trucks.
• Troubleshoot and repair brakes, air systems, electrical components, suspension systems.
• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, and exhaust after-treatment systems.
• Inspect and replace general components as required.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, skilled 2 nd shift Diesel Mechanic to join our Fleet Maintenance team at our Northeast, MD shop. This role requires technical skill with heavy duty trucks and is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing the company's fleet.
