Qualifications

• 3+ years as a DevOps specialist focusing on automation and build/deploy pipelines.
• Experience in CI/CD in cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
• Strong collaboration with engineers and stakeholders to drive DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support Delivery Management across multiple products/applications to deliver timely, quality releases.
• Influence the successful delivery and performance of cross-functional efforts to achieve program goals.
• Measure, track release artifacts and communicate with Dev/QA teams, release notes, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create release plans considering timelines and resource needs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with ongoing reprioritization and risk log updates.
• Foster integration and orchestration across DevOps tools and applications.
• Create and maintain release management processes, policies, and governance for smooth deployments.
• Produce standard reports on release status and KPIs to provide stakeholders with insights.
• Incorporate feedback from audits and apply lessons learned for future deliveries.
• Propose automation tools to accelerate DevOps and continuous delivery practices.
• Work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
