Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, release engineering, and site reliability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on expertise building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Experience owning security operations: observability, monitoring, incident response, and scalability.
• Proficiency with DevOps tooling and Salesforce-related deployment/testing tooling.
• Experience with observability platforms and alerting.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD framework, pipeline, environment, and release management across Salesforce and connected systems.
• Own security operations: observability, monitoring, incident response, reliability and scaling.
• Manage security vendor relationships and adherence to SLAs.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration between developers, security, and IT operations.
• Introduce automation and AI to accelerate deployment and testing.
• Define branching, release, and environment-promotion strategies for low-risk deployments.
• Embed security controls into the pipeline (shift-left) with platform and data teams.
• Track DevSecOps KPIs, such as deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, and test coverage.
• Lead security incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Govern environments and sandboxes with data seeding and access controls.
• Align governance with architecture standards and quality expectations.
