Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced Release Manager/DevOps engineer for a 6-month contract in Tennessee. You will own release planning, coordination across environments and runbooks for deployments, including hotfixes.

You will design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows, manage MuleSoft deployments, and mentor teams on best practices in CI/CD, Agile environments and source-driven development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Client release management, DevOps or deployment engineering, with at least 3 years hands-on in a DevOps or release lead role.

Responsibilities

• Release management across Dev, QA/SIT, UAT, Staging and Production environments.
• Run the release calendar, release readiness reviews, go/no-go meetings and post-deployment validation.
• Own deployment runbooks, rollback plans and release notes for every release, including hotfixes and emergency changes.
• Track and resolve deployment conflicts, dependencies and blockers across multiple scrum teams working in parallel.
• Design, build and maintain GitHub Actions workflows that validate, test and deploy Client metadata and MuleSoft applications automatically.
• Coordinate Client and MuleSoft release dependencies so integrations and the orgs they connect go live together.
