Job summary

Tek Analytics, LLC seeks a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer to architect and operate hybrid infrastructure spanning on-prem GPU clusters and multi-cloud environments.

You will lead a delivery team, design secure landing zones, manage CI/CD pipelines, IAM/SSO, and ensure banking-grade security and compliance across hybrid workloads. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep AWS/GCP/Azure familiarity and a proactive approach to reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience, including GPU cluster management.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Terragrunt, Packer, and Ansible.
• Experience with IAM/SSO integration and security in enterprise or banking environments.
• Solid networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, peering).
• Experience working with banking or other regulated-industry clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and maintain on-prem Kubernetes clusters with GPU acceleration.
• Design and deploy secure multi-cloud landing zones using Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.
• Implement IAM/SSO solutions and security controls across environments.
• Configure networking, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing in hybrid setups.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and lead small delivery teams.
