JPMorganChase Corporate Technology is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises and cloud environments for enterprise analytics platforms. You will drive platform reliability, automation, and AI-assisted operational efficiencies to reduce toil and accelerate incident response.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of applied infrastructure experience.
• Experience managing hybrid on-prem and cloud environments.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience driving automation with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and sustain hybrid infrastructure environments across development, test, and production tiers.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and reusable modules.
• Automate recurring operational tasks to reduce toil and improve reliability.
• Drive high availability design, DR planning, and standardization across environments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting for infrastructure dependencies.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Identify AI-assisted efficiencies in operational workflows and ensure validation.
