Job summary

TEK Analytics seeks a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer to manage hybrid infrastructure spanning on-prem GPU clusters and multi-cloud environments for enterprise banking workloads.

You will lead delivery teams, design secure landing zones, and implement robust CI/CD and IAM/Sso in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience with GPU clusters and high-scale deployments.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Terragrunt, Packer, and Ansible in enterprise settings.
• Experience with IAM/SSO integration and security systems in banking or regulated sectors.
• Strong networking fundamentals including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and maintain on-prem Kubernetes clusters with GPU acceleration.
• Design and deploy secure multi-cloud landing zones (GCP and Azure) with Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) for infra and app delivery.
• Implement IAM/SSO (Keycloak, Azure AD, SAML/OIDC) and security controls.
• Configure networking, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers across hybrid environments.
• Ensure banking-grade compliance and security standards; lead small delivery teams.

Title: Senior / Lead DevOps Engineer — Multi-Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure Location: NY/NJ/FL/PA (Onsite)

About the role Our client builds and operates hybrid infrastructure — spanning on-premises GPU clusters and multi-cloud environments — for enterprise banking clients. You''ll join a delivery team managing large-scale Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure for demanding, security-critical AI/ML and business workloads.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and maintain on-premises Kubernetes clusters with GPU acceleration (Rancher/BCM/Vanilla)
• Design and deploy secure multi-cloud landing zones (Google Cloud Platform and Azure) using Terraform/Terragrunt
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) for infrastructure and application delivery
• Implement identity and access management solutions (Keycloak, Azure AD, SAML/OIDC)
• Configure networking, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing across hybrid environments
• Ensure infrastructure meets banking-grade compliance and security standards
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and lead small delivery teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering, with exposure to both cloud and on-premises environments
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience, including GPU cluster management
• Proficiency with Terraform, Terragrunt, Packer, and Ansible
• Experience with IAM/SSO integration and security systems in enterprise or banking environments
• Solid networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, peering)
