Job summary

ESG Global Ltd. is seeking a Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to lead the design and optimization of scalable cloud and on-prem infrastructure in a hybrid environment.

You will partner with development, security, and infrastructure teams to drive automation, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), virtualization, CI/CD, IaC, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer with hands-on cloud, on-prem and hybrid infra experience.
• 8+ years in DevOps/Cloud or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong expertise in IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and automation.
• Experience across Windows, Linux, and SQL-based systems.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive complex cloud initiatives.
• Security, compliance, and cost-optimization focus in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines and IaC-based deployments.
• Develop observability platforms using Datadog and related tooling.
• Drive cloud cost efficiency and FinOps practices.
• Ensure security, DR planning, and incident remediation.
• Mentor engineers and create architectural documentation.
