Job summary

C-4 Analytics is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to transform our AWS/GCP footprint into a scalable internal cloud. You will own Terraform-led infrastructure, shepherd access controls, and enable non-engineering teams to deploy securely at scale.

You will drive CI/CD improvements and partner with engineering leadership to ensure reliability, security, and rapid delivery across the enterprise. Office-based with hybrid options in Wakefield, MA.

Qualifications

• Must enable DevOps to remove friction and empower teams.
• Deep experience in IAM, OAuth, and resource-level authorization.
• Proven track record of refactoring complex infra into modular Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Orchestration: Standardize and organize infrastructure using Terraform.
• Scalable Access & Authorization: Architect and implement access control models for compute resources.
• Democratizing Development: Build tooling for non-engineering departments to deploy in secure environments.
• Multi-Cloud Integration: Manage AWS footprint (ECS, Lambdas) and integrate Google Cloud features for OAuth, IAM, and user management.
• Operational Excellence: Integrate CI/CD best practices into the SDLC for enterprise stability.
