Qualifications

• 5+ years in software eng, dev tooling, or observability.
• Owned critical developer-facing systems delivering productivity gains.
• Proficient in at least one major language (Python/Java/Go).
• Experience with AI/LLM-based dev tools and self-hosted models.

Responsibilities

• Design and build GenAI-enabled DevEx components across the SDLC.
• Maintain SDLC tooling and CI/CD infrastructure for reliability.
• Improve feature flagging, progressive delivery, and test environments.
• Advance Observability with metrics, logs, traces, and events.
