Job summary

Arcesium LLC seeks a Lead Engineer for the Developer Experience (DevEx) team within Infrastructure. You will improve the developer experience by reducing friction in the code loop, from prototyping to code generation, review, testing and deployment.

Your work will empower engineers and elevate velocity across Arcesium's platform. You will lead by example, owning subsystems, reviewing code, and applying systems thinking to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of developer-facing systems.
• Track record delivering features that measurably improve developer productivity.
• Proficient in at least one major language (Python/Java/Go/Bash).
• Experience with AI/LLM-based developer tools is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems to integrate GenAI into software development and operations.
• Engineer and maintain the SDLC toolchain and CI/CD infrastructure.
• Build and improve feature flagging, progressive delivery, and on-demand test environments.
• Advance the Observability stack with metrics, logs, traces and events.
• Drive process improvements and define metrics for developer productivity.
• Collaborate within the Infrastructure org to support the platform.
