Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, analytics, or related technology roles.
- 2+ years of experience leading technical projects, small teams, and consulting resources.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and AI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Leads a small AI/engineering team and coordinates onshore/offshore resources.
- Hands-on design, prototyping, development, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions.
- Partner with business teams to translate problems into AI solutions.
- Establish development standards, patterns, and monitoring for AI solutions.
- Governance, risk, data, security considerations with enterprise partners.
