Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities across one or more data center campuses. You will collaborate daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field and 5+ years in commercial construction, with strong communication and travel ability to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel for executive updates and budgets.
• Ability to travel as needed for the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus projects with budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create monthly executive updates and present to leadership.
• Develop master development programs for sites and capital budgets.
• Oversee entitlement, permitting, and site development plans.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities.
