Job summary

Savvy Wealth is hiring our first dedicated agentic harness engineer to advance how developers and coding agents interact with our codebase, internal tools, and CI. You will shape workflows, tests, and delivery while collaborating across infrastructure, security, data, and product teams.

You will build and refine the cloud coding experience, improve agent outputs, and design clear contribution standards for our skills system.

Qualifications

• Exceptional with coding agents and use of coding tools to decompose tasks, manage context, and inspect failures.
• Experience building developer tooling or a platform used by engineers beyond your immediate team.
• CI, testing, repository workflows, or developer productivity improvements in large codebases.

Responsibilities

• Own developer and agent experience: set roadmaps for how engineers and coding agents navigate the codebase, tools, tests, changes, and shipping software.
• Build the cloud coding experience: create the developer-facing layer around compute foundations, including task intake, environment setup, context, tools, permissions, observability, review, delivery.
• Improve agent output at the source: adjust repository structures, interfaces, docs, instructions, and feedback loops for correct code and robust architecture.
• Engineer context deliberately: design what agents receive, discover progressively, persist, and hand off based on evidence.
• Own our internal skills system: raise quality of shared skills and instructions with clear standards and discovery mechanisms.
• Fix everyday developer friction: accelerate CI, local setup, testing, debugging, deploy workflows.
• Measure what works: combine researcher data with metrics and baseline analyses.
• Drive adoption: collaborate with engineers to turn experiments into defaults and improve the system.
• Partner on safe autonomy: work with security on sandboxing, credentials, auditability, and controlled agent access.
