Responsibilities

• Build, own, and improve the tools our engineers use every day, with direct input and a clear impact.
• Partner with engineering teams to shape what happens around the code: ownership and review practices, validation and verification, and the workflows that hold them together.
• Develop instrumentation and reporting that surfaces engineering health, failure trends, and informs team decision-making.
• Identify and drive adoption of AI-assisted and agentic workflows that accelerate development and validation cycles.
