Overview

FNBO seeks a leader to drive application design, architecture, and stewardship of secure, scalable solutions. The role includes designing and maintaining application and network diagrams, ensuring security and data integrity, mentoring teammates, participating in code reviews, planning initiatives, and contributing to Agile ceremonies. The role collaborates with other technical leads, supports production issue resolution, and coordinates with Change Management for releases and post-release activities. The position includes on-call rotation for production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead application design and maintain application and network diagrams.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices for application security, encryption, and data in transit.
• Mentor team members and participate in code reviews.
• Plan initiatives, including design work, estimates, work breakdowns, and identifying dependencies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to roadmap planning and execution for owned applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with other technical leads to identify dependencies and participate in development work.
• Support resolution of production issues and create steps to prevent recurrence.
• Provide oversight on resolution of vulnerabilities and compliance deficits.
• Coordinate with Change Management for code releases, rollout planning, cross-team collaboration, production releases, and post-release testing.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for production support.

Compensation and Benefits (highlights)
