Slice by FNBO is seeking professional sales individuals to join the Home Improvement Lending (HIL) Business Development team. We have an aggressive business strategy going direct to contractors in the professional home improvement space, and we are looking for self-motivated, outgoing individuals to network and drive sales for the team!
Territory includes: Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan.
This role is responsible for direct sales and growing the business through sourcing new relationships. We are looking for a professional in this space with experience, existing contractor contacts, and existing relationships to hit the ground running.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work remotely, offering you the freedom to contribute to our mission from wherever you work best, without compromising on career growth or connection to our team. Regardless of your location, you will be fully integrated into our team through robust digital collaboration tools and regular communication. The incumbent can work remotely from any of the states listed on the job posting, though occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings. Please note, work location is subject to change based on business needs.
