First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Omaha. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, help plan work, and keep roadmaps and backlogs organized while resolving risks and keeping milestones on track.
You will collaborate with tech and business leads, build requirements, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders. This hybrid role offers in-person and remote work with opportunities to grow and develop leadership skills.
As a Project Coordinator you will be an integral part of a team, facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting the intake, planning and execution of work, and collaborating with the team to continually improve how they work. You will be accountable to help identify and resolve risks and roadblocks that get in the way of the team's success. You will also step in to lead smaller, team-driven projects - keeping work organized, dependencies on track, and meeting milestones.
Key Accountabilities:
Compensation range (base pay): $69,616.00-$114,867.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are. Please note that work location is subject to change based on business needs.
