Job summary

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology or related field.
• Two years of IT desktop support or related IT experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and required experience (associate's degree + 4 years of experience; HS/HSE + 6 years of experience)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver desktop support services for faculty and staff.
• Install, upgrade, troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Identify and implement new uses of technology to support teaching, research, and daily operations.
• Serve as a trusted technical resource ensuring reliable, responsive technology services.
