Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in HVAC, thermal systems, refrigeration, or similar engineered product environments.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in an engineering setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers for design-to-order HVAC products.
• Translate external technical requirements into actionable specifications and internal work plans.
• Oversee engineering execution for custom HVAC products ensuring performance and manufacturability.
• Drive design control, change management, and product release practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support project execution and delivery.
