Dollar Shave Club is seeking a Lead Demand Planner to own end-to-end forecasting for DSC and the Truly Beauty business. You will lead S&OP meetings, build forecasting methodologies, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.

The role emphasizes transitioning off manual planning to DSC’s tools, with a focus on improving forecast accuracy and in-stock targets. This remote position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 4+ years of direct Demand Planning or related Supply Planning/CPFR/Operations experience.
• Experience in the Supply Chain industry.
• Direct experience in demand planning, forecast consolidation, leading S&OP processes, and driving planning system transitions or implementations.
• Experience forecasting a multi-brand/multi-category portfolio; onboarding an acquired business’s planning function helpful.
• Stock IQ, NetSuite or comparable ERP; advanced Excel; S&OP leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end demand forecasting for all items and categories across DSC and Truly Beauty, delivering KPI targets (MAPE, Bias).
• Own and lead all S&OP meetings end to end, coordinating inputs and decisions across stakeholders.
• Develop and implement forecasting methodologies as Truly Beauty transitions onto DSC’s planning systems.
• Serve as primary demand planning contact across the organization, communicating with executives and cross-functional partners.
• Automate forecast consolidation, scenario planning, and reporting to improve decisions.
