Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Demand Planning – Global to own international demand planning and NPI forecasting across DTC and wholesale channels. You will partner with Supply Planning, Finance, Sales and Product Marketing to align inputs and improve forecast accuracy.

This role requires 6+ years in demand planning, a related Bachelor’s degree, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid model (3+ days in office) with competitive compensation and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in demand planning, forecasting or related function.
• Experience managing demand plans across multiple markets, retailers or channels.
• Strong understanding of sell-in, sellout, forecast accuracy and bias.
• Experience supporting NPI forecasting and new product launches.
• Experience with Consensus and/or S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to identify risks and opportunities.
• Strong cross-functional partnership across Supply Planning, Finance, Sales, Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build rolling 18-month demand plans across international retail channels.
• Own sellout-to-sell-in reconciliation.
• Track sell-in bias by channel, retailer and top SKUs against targets and actuals.
• Prepare retailer sell-in data inputs for S&OP and finance handoff.
• Proactively quantify wholesale risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
• Own the forecast workstream for Stage Gate and NPI forecasting.
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop preliminary forecasts and look ahead.
• Redesign and standardize sample forecasting with Marketing teams.
