Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning — North America to own demand planning for Sephora US & Canada and Rhode’s global ecommerce channels. You will translate sellout signals into forecasts, partnering with Ecommerce and Finance to drive S&OP processes.

You will own 18-month plans, monitor forecast accuracy, and identify risks and opportunities, while aligning with promotions and inventory positioning in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, economics or other related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience driving demand planning across retail and/or DTC channels.
• Experience with Consensus and/or S&OP processes.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Ecommerce, Finance and Supply Planning.

Responsibilities

• Own 18-month demand plans across Sephora US & Canada and Rhode’s ecommerce channels.
• Reconcile sell-in to sell-out and track forecast bias by channel and top SKUs.
• Inputs for Consensus/S&OP and ensure a single-number handoff to Finance.
• Identify and act on wholesale and DTC risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce on promotions, site merchandising, and inventory positioning.
