Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Lead Delivery Specialist in Denver to oversee Delivery Specialists and train new staff. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and route efficiency using LEAN practices.

Shifts are 5AM–1:30PM and 9AM–5:30PM, with hands-on coaching and route design responsibilities to improve operations on-site. Responsibilities include supervising delivery teams, ensuring DOT compliance, coordinating with management, and maintaining paperwork accuracy to support reliable customer

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and coach new staff.
• Familiarity with route balancing and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and coaching to new and existing Delivery Specialists.
• Assist management with vehicle safety and building security issues and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate customer feedback to supervisory personnel.
• Develop ideas for operational improvements using LEAN practices.
• Ensure completion of all required paperwork.
