Responsibilities

• Prepare for duties by reviewing the schedule and equipment.
• Make and label deli items (sandwiches, pizza, chicken) per plan and SOP.
• Serve customers, weigh and portion deli items, and display in cases.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, displays, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss as part of daily tasks.
