Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Lead Deficiency Tracking/Supervisor Analyst to coordinate daily Health Information work, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness for patient care and compliance. The role may oversee team members, students and vendors and requires HIM-related experience.

The position is fully onsite with a Monday-to-Friday day shift, and previous HIM experience is preferred with chart processing skills highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or GED equivalent programs.
• Minimum of one year experience in medical records.
• Effective communication skills and efficient problem solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work activities within Health Information and support supervisors.
• Support network goals for accuracy, timeliness and completeness for patient care, revenue and compliance with CMS, NJDOH, TJC, and HMH policies.
• May oversee work of team members, students and vendors.
• This is a fully onsite role (M-F Day shift).
