Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Lead Deficiency Tracking/SupervisorAnalyst to support Health Information operations. This onsite, Monday–Friday day shift role focuses on coordinating daily workflows and ensuring accuracy and timely processing to uphold patient care and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate has HIM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Prior chart processing familiarity is preferred.

The Lead Deficiency Tracking/SupervisorAnalyst is responsible for assisting their respective supervisors with the coordination of the daily work activities within Health Information. Support the network goals for accuracy, timeliness and completeness for purposes of continued patient care, revenue and compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH), The Joint Commission (TJC) and the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) Network policies and procedures. May oversee work of team members, students and vendors.
This is a fully onsite role (M-F Day shift). Previous HIM experience is needed. Chart processing experience is strongly preferred.
