Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Lead Deficiency Tracking/Supervisor Analyst to coordinate daily Health Information work, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness for patient care and compliance. The role may oversee team members, students and vendors and requires HIM-related experience.

The position is fully onsite with a Monday-to-Friday day shift, and previous HIM experience is preferred with chart processing skills highly valued.

The Lead Deficiency Tracking/Supervisor Analyst is responsible for assisting their respective supervisors with the coordination of the daily work activities within Health Information. Support the network goals for accuracy, timeliness and completeness for purposes of continued patient care, revenue and compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH), The Joint Commission (TJC) and the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) Network policies and procedures. May oversee work of team members, students and vendors.

This is a fully onsite role (M-F Day shift). Previous HIM experience is needed. Chart processing experience is strongly preferred.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Minimum rate of $24.34 Hourly
