Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Lead Deficiency Tracking/SupervisorAnalyst to support Health Information operations. This onsite, Monday–Friday day shift role focuses on coordinating daily workflows and ensuring accuracy and timely processing to uphold patient care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has HIM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Prior chart processing familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in medical records or HIM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in standard computer applications (Office/Cloud).
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors with coordinating daily Health Information activities.
• Support accuracy, timeliness and completeness for patient care and compliance.
• May oversee work of team members, students and vendors.
