Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a Deficiency Tracking/Suspension Analyst to compile, organize and analyze patient medical records for Hospital Inpatient and Outpatient services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance for CMS, NJDOH, TJC and HMH policies. This on-site role supports chart completion and data integrity across the network.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm, with holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in standard office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves and organizes patient records.
• Ensures charts are complete and correctly indexed.
• Performs quality control on scanned images for accuracy.
• Assists with release of information and patient portal issues.
• Maintains performance metrics of productivity, accuracy and quality.
