Job summary

In this Senior Integration & Test Engineer role, you will lead integration, test, and qualification of mechanical and electrical subsystems, and help establish scalable manufacturing and test processes for mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering (or other technical degree).
• Minimum 5 years in aerospace/defense or related high-reliability manufacturing environments (integration, test, or manufacturing).
• Proven history of taking hardware from R&D or prototype through production.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (NX preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own assembly, integration, and test processes for full hypersonic strike vehicle assemblies.
• Become an expert in system level interactions and field operations.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive hardware from concept to production-ready.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability, testability, and producibility.
• Develop, document, and qualify manufacturing and test processes; create work instructions and test procedures.
