EWI Recruitment seeks an experienced Deep Foundations Superintendent to lead the safe, efficient delivery of specialist foundation works on major construction and infrastructure projects. You will oversee piling, ground improvement, drilling, excavation support and temporary works on site, ensuring work complies with designs, programmes and standards.

The role requires substantial senior supervision experience, ability to manage multiple crews, review method statements and lifting plans, lead

Qualificações

Extensive experience supervising deep foundation or heavy civil operations.
Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and project documentation.
Relevant site safety qualifications and competence.

Responsabilidades

Supervise site teams, subcontractors and specialist plant operators.
Coordinate daily work activities with project management, engineering and construction teams.
Monitor productivity, resources, materials and equipment on site.
Review method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans and permits before works commence.
Lead toolbox talks and investigate incidents or defects; implement corrective actions.
Contribute to programme recovery and record accurate daily progress.
