Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience, deck or residential framing.
• Able to read plans and lay out a complex build without hand-holding.
• Own hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Shows up on time and communicates when something changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead framing and finish work on custom decks, porches, and pergolas.
• Work from engineered and stamped plans, build to code, pass inspections.
• Set posts, beams, joists, decking, railing, and stairs.
• Run a small crew and keep the job moving.
