Qualifications

10 years of construction field experience preferred.
Experience leading or supervising construction projects.
Ability to read construction plans and understand scopes of work.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate subcontractors and field crews.
Manage multiple residential construction projects.
Create and maintain daily and weekly schedules.
Plan ahead to prevent delays and jobsite problems.
Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards.
Communicate clearly with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors.
Resolve problems quickly when challenges arise.
Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites.
Ensure safety procedures and construction requirements are followed.
Review plans, scopes of work, and project details before and during construction.
Take ownership of projects from startup through final completion.
