Archadeck of Springfield is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to run deck and outdoor structure builds in the Springfield area. Immediate start available.

You will lead framing and finish work on custom decks, porches, and pergolas, and work from engineered plans to build to code and pass inspections. Expect to set posts, beams, joists, decking, railing, and stairs while running a small crew to keep the job moving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years carpentry experience in decks or residential framing.
• Ability to read engineered plans and lay out complex builds.
• Owner of hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Punctual and communicates changes effectively.

Responsibilities
