Premier Deck, Inc. is seeking a Deck Lead to oversee on-site deck construction and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will arrive on site by 7:30, unload, coordinate with the Deck Tech, and drive the project from start to finish, ensuring safety and quality.

You will maintain daily logs, plan materials, update customers, and punch out by 3:30. The role emphasizes customer service, timely delivery, organization, and maintaining a clean, stocked trailer to support steady, year-round

Typical Day at Premier Deck

We arrive on site at 7:30. Unload the trailer and set up the work site for the day. Work with and along side the Deck Tech to produce a great deck project and provide an amazing experience for the customer from start to finish. Clean and pack up job site, log work for the day on provided iPad, plan ahead for materials needed, send an update to customer and punch out by 3:30.
