Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in data science with leadership in AdTech or data platforms
• Proven ability to translate data into product strategy and commercial outcomes
• Experience with causal inference, experimentation, and ML architectures
• Strong background in time-series forecasting, production ML, and scalable tooling
• Masters or PhD in Statistics, CS, Economics, OR or Physics preferred

• Lead data science roadmaps aligned with product strategy and business goals
• Define experimentation framework and standards for causal inference and A/B testing
• Develop and oversee production ML models for bid optimization, audience segmentation, and LTV
