Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive data science or ML leadership in AdTech, marketplaces, or large-scale data platforms.
• Strong modeling, causal inference, experimentation design, and ML architecture experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic framing of data science problems and define multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Architect and oversee production ML models for bid optimization and audience segmentation.
• Direct real-time data intelligence, forecasting, and deployment pipelines with ML Infra.
• Mentor scientists and communicate insights to executives and cross-functional teams.
