Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or quantitative analysis.
• Strong foundations in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical/ML modeling.
• Fluency in SQL and Python (or R) with experience handling large-scale data in the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Frame ambiguous business problems into testable data questions and deliver analyses.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B and beyond) and establish centralized experimentation tracking.
• Build statistical and ML models for audience segmentation, bidding optimization, LTV, and measurement.
• Partner with ML and Data Engineering to productionize models and feed insights to decision frameworks.
