Job summary

Digital Turbine, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Scientist in New York to advance data science across engineering, product, and leadership. You will define roadmaps, build production ML models, and mentor teams to elevate the marketplace.

You will own experimentation, causal inference, real-time data strategies, and collaboration with ML Infrastructure to productionize models focused on bidding efficacy and attribution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data science and technical leadership.
• Expertise in advanced statistical modeling, causal inference, and ML architectures.
• Fluent with Python or R, SQL, and cloud data platforms (Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Define technical roadmaps and set data science strategy across DT’s org.
• Architect production-grade ML models for bid/UA optimization and audience segmentation.
• Lead centralized experimentation framework with causal inference and A/B testing standards.
• Direct real-time data strategies for forecasting and decisioning.
• Mentor senior scientists and drive best-practices in modeling pipelines.
