Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data science with production-quality models.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial analytics preferred.
• 4+ years in omnichannel analytics, journey analysis, or next-best-action modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of advanced analytics across customer understanding, engagement planning, decision support, and measurement.
• Translate product requirements into scalable model designs and deployment plans.
• Develop predictive and inferential models to generate actionable insights on customer behavior and business drivers.
• Design approaches to evaluate cross-channel engagement and temporal dynamics for coordinated strategies.
• Own measurement methodologies using experimental and observational methods to prove impact.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain analytics solutions.
