FanThreeSixty is seeking a Lead Data Product Manager to own the roadmap and prioritization for our data platform's core engine—integrations, data science models, and insights/reporting capabilities powering a leading fan engagement platform in sports and entertainment.

This role reports to the Sr. Director, Product & Data Strategy and collaborates with the Lead Platform Product Manager to ensure data pipelines, models, and metrics are accurate, scalable, and usable for clients.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent owning data-intensive products, platforms, or data science-adjacent roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements for machine learning or statistical models.
  • Experience translating raw data/model outputs into metrics and insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity in a lean, high-ownership organization.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with design and engineering.
  • Ability to set priorities and say no to low-value work.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage the roadmap for data integrations, partnering with engineering to sequence work against business impact.
  • Own prioritization of the Data Science roadmap and translate business questions into model requirements.
  • Define metric definitions and requirements for insights and reporting that downstream teams use.
  • Surface and prioritize data quality issues and ensure governance through standard review processes.
  • Serve as internal bridge between data science/engineering and business leadership, translating technical tradeoffs into business terms.
  • Regularly reassess data architecture and models to keep improving beyond the baseline.
